Andy leads teams to create win-win-win solutions by consistently going above and beyond. He has spent his career in Las Vegas directing project teams from an operations standpoint and is knowledgeable in the 24/7 demands of hotel casinos and the restaurant industry. He is the primary point of accountability for the operations and safety teams, including disruption avoidance and protecting the guest experience at all times during construction. Andy is a strong, values-driven leader with a great rapport with clients, field staff, trade partners, and architects.
