Project Description
The renovation of North Regional Library, located on Lowry Avenue North, serves many of the residents of North Minneapolis, including the Folwell, McKinley, Jordan, and Hawthorne neighborhoods. The renovations dramatically improved library operations for staff and patrons, and enhanced interior environmental quality, including finishes, lighting, building systems, reconfigured spaces, and acoustic improvements across the building’s 39,000 sf.
