A 12,000 square foot restaurant renovation that showcases Bobby Flay's love for the Amalfi Coast
Project Description
The former Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace is now “Amalfi by Bobby Flay.” Shaw-Lundquist partnered with Caesars Entertainment and Novus Architecture on the new restaurant concept, which ties together Flay’s love for Italy and the Amalfi Coast. It is the first Italian experience of its kind, transporting guests to the Mediterranean with its enchanting blend of coastal ease and fresh flavors.
The lounge and bar area casts a sunset glow and spans nearly 50 feet in length. The grille and main dining area features towering ceilings with wood beams, a wine terrace, seafood display, Tunisian Mosaic Tile flooring throughout, and a high-energy open concept kitchen.
Shaw-Lundquist managed all construction activities for this high-end 12,000 sf remodel, including full demolition, framing, interior finishes, new life safety systems, kitchen and bar equipment install, architectural and decorative lighting.
