A 50,000 sf Municipal Center addition
Project Description
The addition for the Apple Valley City Hall consisted of construction of a 50,000 sf three-story Municipal Center. The new Municipal Center consolidates offices for Administration, Engineering, Finance, Fire, Human Resources, Inspections, and Planning and Development. This provides residents with more efficient access to city services. The City Council Chambers, meeting rooms, and the Police Department Headquarters are also located in the center. This project was designed with LEED Certification in mind.
