Renovation of over 1130 rooms and suites at Caesars Palace Tower
Project Description
Palace Tower is a 29-story luxury wing of the Caesars’ Hotel & Casino resort in Las Vegas. This phase included renovating 1,066 typical rooms, 23 Senator suites, 30 Luxury suites, and 12 Presidential suites on the 29th floor. The project includes complete demolition and remodel of bathrooms, room finishes, and fixture upgrades. The suites include high-end finishes such as gold faucets and gold plated toilet supply lines, as well as elaborate upscale finishes throughout.
The project was completed on an aggressive schedule with a turnover of 1 floor per week. All new bathrooms incorporated upgraded mechanical systems with specialty stones and fixtures. Shaw-Lundquist completed the projects ahead of schedule, in just 7 months, allowing rooms back to market sooner than anticipated. The Tower remained occupied during construction with only 6 floors out of service at any given time.
