Project Description
The 175-room Embassy Suites Hotel is one of the first in the country designed to achieve the company’s enhanced environmental goals. The more compact design has fewer suites that are slightly smaller and laid out side-by-side instead of front-to-back along corridors. The ground floor atrium is at the front of the building, instead of the center, which reduces energy costs and uses space more efficiently. The hotel features an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and full service restaurant.
