Project Description
The hotel room renovation at the Flamingo for Caesars Entertainment spanned four hotel towers and was completed in two consecutive major phases. Phase one included Towers five and six and was completed over a nine-month duration. Subsequently, Towers One and Four were renovated over a ten-month period. Within each major phase were floor-by-floor sub-phases to maintain hotel operations and protect the guest experience during the construction process. Work involved the installation of new mechanical and plumbing systems, room finishes, and new furniture and fixtures. Exterior work included re-caulking and repair of window mullions on each of the hotel towers. All phasing, floor access, material transportation and storage was pre-planned with extensive input and collaboration with Flamingo management.
