Project Description
The Heart of the City parking structure is a vital element in Burnsville’s 52-acre master-planned mixed use redevelopment. Heart of the City is a multi-phased development that includes transit-supported retail, civic, cultural, and multi-family residential uses near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway and Nicollet Avenue. It is a 2-level, post-tensioned structure with direct vehicular access to each level and interior vertical circulation. It has capacity for 350 vehicles.
