Project Description
The Park will become a highly social dining and entertainment space leading up to a 20,000-seat world-class Las Vegas Arena by MGM Resorts and AEG. The Park and arena will be completed in spring 2016. The area will become a lush promenade – utilizing existing trees, native plantings, shade structures fitted with LED shows, cascading water walls, and patio dining.
