Project Description
The Clinical Sciences Building houses classroom and dedicated lab space for clinical science, nursing, and dental hygienist students at the Minnesota State University Mankato campus. Shaw-Lundquist managed the preconstruction and construction activities for this new 79,311 sqft building that consists of general classrooms, study areas, student workstations, lounge areas, and administrative support and faculty spaces similar to that of the Normandale Community College Services Center.
The scope also included the furnishing and installation of various high-tech science equipment for nursing and dental studies.
