Project Description
Mississippi Market, one of St. Paul’s premier natural and organic food cooperatives has more than 9,000 member-owners. Built from the ground up, the West 7th location comprises 25,000 sf. It includes a full-service deli with a juice bar, hot bar, and salad bar. The 13,500 sf Dayton’s Bluff location serves a historic and under-served community on the East Side of St. Paul. Both projects include education spaces for food preparation classes and were built to LEED Gold standards.
