Project Description
PA Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial pressure washers based in Rubiera, Italy. The project involved renovation of an existing 70,000 sf light industrial building, including building envelope repairs, installation of 18 skylights to provide daylighting, partial removal of a mezzanine, new elevator, high pressure water test lab, conference facilities, breakroom, restrooms, offices and lobby. Sitework included new perimeter fencing, parking lot and landscaping.
