Project Description
PA Corporation is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial pressure washers based in Rubiera, Italy. They identified an available light industrial building in Bloomington, near the MSP International Airport. Shaw-Lundquist was selected to study the 70,000 sf building at a conceptual level to determine feasibility.
As a result the building was acquired and Shaw-Lundquist was put under contract as CM at-Risk to develop a $6.2M GMP. Work included interior demolition, new elevator to second level mezzanine, 18 new skylights, remodeled office, conference and break rooms, manufacturing floor, warehousing, test labs, and exterior painting.
