Project Description

Shaw-Lundquist was selected as the General Contractor to renovate the old Hermes retail space into Rolex/Patek Philippe located at the Shops at Crystals. The scope of work focused on demolition and installation of walls, doors, ceilings, flooring, storefront, high-end interior finishes, and millwork.

As Rolex and Patek Philippe maintain their brand identity as makers and sellers of luxury timepieces, their customers must experience the same level of quality and luxury while in their shopping experience. The design of this retail space offers top quality architecture to match the quality of their watches and jewelry. The entire project team worked closely with the in-house designers for these two brands, to execute a buildout that reinforced the aesthetic and identity of these brands, including monumental millwork elements and exquisite floor and wall finishes.
