Project Description
The Xcel Energy Brainerd Lakes Area Service Center is a 30,000 sf precast concrete structure with offices and an attached high bay maintenance facility. The office portion includes offices, workstations, restrooms, breakroom, conference rooms, technology, and records storage. The maintenance side has four large overhead doors, tools, equipment, floor drains, and specialized exhaust systems. The building exterior features metal window awnings. Sitework included a patio, new parking lot with curb and gutter, bike racks, exterior storage, security fencing, a concrete apron and extensive landscaping.
