Self-Perform
Shaw-Lundquist is a builder. We continue to expand our capacity to self-perform important aspects of any project. Self-performed work can bring substantial value for clients in the form of cost savings, fast-track schedules and quality control.
Self-Perform Services
Depending on project needs and client preferences, we are fully prepared to self-perform rough and finish carpentry, concrete placement and finishing, concrete saw cutting, doors, hardware and millwork installation, demolition, and site labor.
In the Las Vegas service area, Shaw-Lundquist has specific expertise in self-performing the procurement and installation of bath, toilet, laundry and specialized accessories (Division 10). On the Las Vegas Strip alone, Shaw-Lundquist has renovated well over 6,000 guest bathrooms, self-performing the installation of all accessories with our own personnel.

A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH A COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Building Sustainably
At Shaw-Lundquist, sustainability is more than a buzzword. It’s an integral part of our construction philosophy and shapes all our company’s operations. We know that sustainable buildings are healthier, more welcoming environments to live, work and play. It begins with the start of the preconstruction process and carries through the entire life cycle of each and every building.
We Put Safety First At Shaw-Lundquist
Our Policy
Industry best practices lead directly to a “Zero Incidents” culture. This not only is the right thing to do, but good business as well. Statistics overwhelmingly prove that well-coordinated, properly communicated, and actively managed safety improves project productivity and quality, while keeping people safe and healthy. Shaw-Lundquist enjoys a long-term relationship with our surety, Zurich North America, who regularly evaluates our safety statistics and program implementation as part of our bonding capacity renewals.
Upholding Diversity and Inclusion is at Our Core
Our Core Commitment To DEI
We are proud to be a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and are dedicated to working with partners that share our commitment of achieving DEI goals. Whether or not those goals are set by projects, our core commitment is to encourage more inclusion in the industry.
